Definitions
For the purpose of this agreement, “the Agency” and “the Advertiser” shall, where the context so admits, include their respective assignees, sub-licensees, and successors in title. In cases where the client is a direct client (i.e., with no agency or intermediary), all references in this agreement to both “the Agency” and “the Advertiser” shall be interpreted as references to the Client. “Materials” refers to all creative deliverables provided by Projectile Creative Ltd, whether digital, printed, or in any other physical or electronic format.
General Terms
All bookings made, whether signed by contractual agreement, in writing by email, letter, verbally, or via other forms of communication, are subject to the same legal terms and conditions as outlined here and any additional legal requirements under UK law governed by England & Wales.
Project Delivery, Attendance, and Fees
Attendance and Fees: All services, times, and fees are as agreed upon, with payment terms defaulting to 30 days unless otherwise arranged prior to the assignment. After 30 days, full rates will apply with a revised invoice that removes any previously applied discounts. Additional attendance times or scope extensions will incur additional charges at the agreed rates.
Projectile Creative Ltd shall be the sole provider of creative services for the agreed assignment unless otherwise approved in writing. If other providers are involved without explicit approval, the Client shall be liable for any resulting loss of earnings and must compensate Projectile Creative Ltd in full within 30 days of invoice or assignment completion.
Additional Work or Materials
Hourly Rates: For time-based projects, a full day is defined as up to 7 consecutive hours, including breaks. Any additional time will incur an hourly fee at the standard rate unless otherwise agreed.
Materials: Additional deliverables beyond the original scope will be charged at the agreed per-unit rate.
Approval Process
Proofs and previews are considered an additional service and will be quoted separately before commencement. No proofs or previews, digital or otherwise, will be provided without a confirmed purchase order or equivalent written approval.
Substitutions
In the event that the originally assigned personnel are unavailable (e.g., due to illness or other unavoidable circumstances), Projectile Creative Ltd may substitute with equivalent professionals. Unless otherwise specified, there will be no fee adjustments for such substitutions.
Payment Terms
All fees are due in full within 14 days of invoice. Additional charges must also be settled within the same period. Failure to pay within the agreed terms will result in:

- Payments overdue by more than 14 days will incur an additional fee of £20
